"We had a great time, book Staybridge Suites again!"

The staff were all SO friendly and accommodating. Our group of six ladies loved the den area, after a day of enjoying the beautiful tulips we could all relax & have comfy seating to sit and chat😀🌷

The only addition would be a sliding door between the bath/lavatory and the bedroom so early risers don’t bother those still sleeping.

Value, king suite very spacious for 3 adults

I was double charged! Two identical holds on my debit card. The day top manager pre-authorized all 3rd party reservations (booking.com, etc) in the am and then when we checked in, of course the check in staff ran the card, as they should so I had two almost $500 each holds on my card. Not expecting to have almost $1000.00 hold on my card while on vacation. Next Day mgr told me nothing they could or would do. Wait the 3-5 days for duplicate charge to drop off. Yeah, not good when you essentially emptied spending money! I had to msg family member at home to put money back on my card at the bank. Still now waiting!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Kitchenette was spotless.

The complimentary food was always cold. Not the staff's fault. Food was not in warming trays like most hotels.
