"Great with the exception of being awaken early and being rushed out my room by housekeeping. I still give it 5 stars."

My stay was amazing, the hotel was very clean, it was quiet. The parking is safe and free, I drove my scat pack charger out of town and felt secure with it being parked here. The housekeeping crew kept knocking on my door starting at 8:00 am even with the “hang tight” do not disturb sign on the door. They attempted to come in three times by opening the door however, I had the latch on it. That was bit annoying as one time I was naked and my checkout time wasn’t until 11:00. I will still give it 5 stars because of how clean and comfortable the hotel is.

"A perfect hotel experience"

The hotel design is nice with higher room ceilings and also a larger fitness room than other HIE properties where I’ve stayed. Comfy bed and a great shower. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a bright seating area. I was there as part of a 50th high school reunion gathering and I had been responsible for establishing the contract for the group rate. Emily, the manager, was wonderful helping me plan a year in advance and also giving me updates along the way. Thanks for the help and a very, very good hotel experience!

"Amazing"

Church conference. The stay was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were awesome. Food buffet was good. Experience was great. Id welcome this hotel to anyone wanting an excellent experience
