場所も良く新しいし全てが良かったです。お部屋も快適でした。

夕方からkアリーナでコンサートがありその前に休みたかった（前日まで東京に宿泊）のですが、お部屋に入れず疲れた夫と険悪になり辛かったです。でも丁寧にご対応いただいて待つ間も喫茶室で飲みものもいただきました。また、全て私のバイオリズムの悪さが出たのでしょうがこのアプリでかなりの予約をしてきましたが、朝食付きで予約したはずが何故かついておらずレストランでも伝票にサインをする場面がありましたが、？と思いつつ聞かずにチェックアウト時に知ってショックでした。私情で申し訳ないですが色々重なり更にパートナーと喧嘩になって気持ちのたがが外れ泣いてしまいご迷惑をおかけしました。その後の旅の一切をキャンセルして帰り最悪な思い出になってしまいましたが、お部屋は良かったのでまた忘れた頃に伺えたらなと思います。いっぱい写真を撮るつもりが一枚も撮りませんでした。

We arrived in Yokohama after a trip of twenty-three hours (door-to-door), from the United States. If ever we needed to be pampered, this was the time! And, the Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 Hotel ensured that we were well taken care of, from the moment we checked in to when we checked out two nights later. The rooms are just gorgeous: nicely decorated, spacious, and super comfortable. With a separate high-end toilet room, a beautiful bathroom with a tub, a shower, and a vanity area, large comfortable beds (firm matresses), and two sitting areas. The location of the hotel is ideal. Pier 8 really has everything you need right there in the complex: a Starbucks, a 7-Eleven (with an exchange machine and an ATM), and multiple restaurants in what is best described as a small mall area on the second floor of the complex. Walking to the nearby attractions and malls just takes five to ten minutes. We also took a taxi to Chinatown, which was quick and inexpensive. For our first experience in Japan, the team at the Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 made sure that we were pampered and well rested for our upcoming three-weeks journey around the country!
