Nothing. We checked out 2 days early so paying about £160 for nothing.

The weather was cold, windy and rainy yet there was no heating on. In spite of my text complaints about no heating the managing company took no action. Nobody came round to check my complaint. I doubt that I will use booking.com again. I think that the room was too small also. I am 83. My partner is 84. It was a very bad experience.

I could wash my clothes in the washing machine in the communal kitchen. The view over St Ives is super. The furnishing is quite adequate. There was heating. Luggage transfer were able to get into the house and fetch my luggage.

I had room 8 right at the top of the house. The stairs were not a problem but the ceiling is very low going round the bed. Not for tall people. The carpet is stained and should be replaced. The television is very small and had problems finding the channels. The fridge smelled but the kitchen is quite well equipped.

Very clean and quiet

Close to centre.

Bedroom furniture needs replacing.
