I love how I could eat my food in the kitchen,😊 have a long day when it gets cold at night having a lovely warm shower before bed I slept like a baby.

The price was really cheap for two people. The train is really near to the place. If you love walk in to town this best place

The kitchen was fully equipped

Unfortunately, pretty much everything else about the stay was disappointing. I’m not sure if it was because of the room I picked, but it was tiny, and the ceiling was slanted so low that even at 5’3” I had to duck every time I walked from one side of the room to the other. Also, don’t be fooled by the pictures in the listing — they’re quite far from reality. In terms of amenities, there was only a 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner, so I was very glad I’d brought my own. The sink was actually in the bedroom rather than the bathroom, and there wasn’t even a mirror above it, which made getting ready a bit awkward. The cleanliness also wasn’t great. I found the box of an old toy under the bed, and after the first night one of the pillowcases slipped off — which is when I saw the state of the pillow underneath. Not a pleasant surprise, especially since the pillow wasn’t very comfortable to begin with. The walls are also paper thin, so you can hear pretty much everything. Overall, I honestly think there are much better places to stay in St Ives. I wouldn’t come back.

The WiFi was terrible it was very slow and sometimes didn’t work aswell other than that everything was good

The view was absolutely amazing! The seats in front of the bay window were like cherry on top. Brilliant location! Bed was actually comfortable (unlike majority of places we stay) Would certainly recommend.

The balcony floor, screening and chairs could have been cleaned. But I understand it probably hasn’t been the wether for that to be used much.

A lovely little house hotel with warmth welcome self check in, a laundry, a kitchen & table made the holiday a pleasure able change. The lovely lady staff member was so helpful. Guests were quiet & considerate. A lovely place in general.

There was nothing whatsoever I didn't like at all.
