ESTA MUY CERCA DE LA TERMINAL DE CAMIONES.... AUNQUE YO LLEGUE EN AUTO... LOS AMIGOS DE MI ESPOSO LLEGARON EN AUTOBÚS

Terrible experience due to a irresponsible staff. I almost lost my flight due that the security guard overslept and left us all locked out. Between 10 pm and 7:30am there's nobody in charge and the neighborhood around is so unsafe that you are in darger if you're willing to go out. I will never come back to this property ever again.

First, this hotel is NOT in Tonala, but in Santa Cruz de las Juertas, a zone outside of and aboujt 115 minute bus ride from Tonalá centro. Second, this is listed as a 4-star hotel, but falls far short of what we have seen for one and two-star hotels..Third this neighborhood is not considered safe or wholesome by residents we spoke to. Fourth, our room did not meet minimum standards of safety and amenities - no soap, unstable floor of bath, leaking bath, no soap, high speed gardener tools used just outside our room at 5 amd t6pm, towles changed only if left on floor per instructions. Also, our room was ransacked and electronic cables and $110 stolen, evidently by someone who had key to room. At 1am, someone knocked at our door and tried to enter our room. We took pictures, reported to Expedia who helped us relocate. We also reported to new owner who said she would look at security films taken in hallway of our room. She never got back nor did she refund money for the six nights paid in advance we did not stay there. Frightening and horrible. Not recommended. We went to a wonderful place in Tonala, even though our trip was cut short.

No hubo agua un día, no limpiaron bien el cuarto, les hace falta que fumiguen, insectos uno me pico, mucho ruido, está a un lado de una avenida, se escuchan los huéspedes contiguos, no tienes privacidad y por último huellas de humedad.

My flight landed at 11 45 , the hotel closes at 11 i got an uber from the airport and they were closed, wasted money on uber and had to find someplace else

Me gusto mucho la idea que piensan mucho en el medio ambiente, sin embargo por esa misma razon utilizan calentadores solares para la regsdera y solo pude utilizarla una vez en la tarde, la mañana siguiente ya no aalcanzo a calentar y tuvimos que bañarnls con agua fria

Muy bonito, solo hace falta más atención a la habitaciónes en cuento los enchufes no están en buena Ubicación y hay bastantes mosquitos
