Perfect just a short walk to park run and bear station for Liverpool too

Bathroom was ( for our room not every room ) down two flights of stairs so not easy in middle of night

The size of rooms , period feel and decor, comfort of bedroom and kindness of host

Unfortunately we didn’t have en-suite bathroom but had sole use of very large bathroom along the hall which was exceptional with a modern shower as well as a very old working bath /shower in the period of the house.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Overlooking the beach.

The property was ideally suited for my visit locally. The view from the bedroom of the beach was spectacular. The property itself was immaculate and very well presented. Although it was not en-suite my own private bathroom was beautiful, and right next to the room. There was a lovely touch of a station to make your own drinks, and also fruit and crisps. There was also milk and water in the fridge. The breakfast was very well cooked and presented. I would definitely be visiting again the next time I am in Liverpool. Thank you.
