"Overall a good experience but needs a little TLC"

"Good location - lovely rooms"

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to my father's needs. The breakfast was freshly cooked.

The remote did not work properly for the TV but not a major issue - just had to turn on and off on the wall.

"Excellent"

My stay was fine however The room I had smelt of sewage which was a shame as it was a lovely room . The receptionist found me a spray to get rid of it but that didn’t work Breakfast was great
