Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Remington by IHG

Checking in was great considering the time change(thank goodness the hotel operates on Eastern time). The hotel was very clean and easy to follow. The room was great super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly. We will be using this hotel again in the future.

Spacious and clean rooms with great service

Property was very nice good selection of breakfast. Nice outdoor pool. Stayed a couple nights and no one exchanged our towels but front desk was friendly and we were able to get clean towels.

I’d stay there again. Nice lobby, great hot breakfast, nice rooms, refrigerator,microwave, keurig coffee maker. Check in was easy and friendly. Location right off the highway.

This wasn't the best Holiday Inn, I've stayed in but it we reasonably priced and was a good value. I can't say that anything was wrong. The Staff were very attentive and helpful. I would stay here again if in the area.

At check in there was one person handling phone calls and check in. The lobby floor was sticky. In our room, beds were clean and cozy. Bathroom sink and shower were not clean (hair and toothpaste from previous guests). Breakfast- was 10 minutes late opening and pancakes were not available. The lobby and breakfast area was disgusting. The floor was sticky, tables were filthy, and trash had flies swarming around. We were greatly disappointed in this hotel especially since it’s new.

First off our group reseveration was canceled at Best Western, I called Auburn answered she was so understanding and block us 10 rooms. We got there everything was clean, everyone was helpful. The rooms were clean, it's a small pool, but the kids loved it. The free breakfast was okay. The only downfall is they are in a time change area, so our phones said one time and the hotel was a different time. However, in their defense they have a sign at the front desk that states this. I would recommend this hotel.
