I loved the room, the breakfast, the staff, the area

The pool and hot tub were not clean, room was awesome but it was dusty and also the bathroom floors and bathtub did not look clean. The USB outlets by the phone were not working as well.

It was a bit louder this time but that’s because there was rugby teams staying for competitions. Otherwise it’s always been a pleasant stay. And have stayed there multiple times already.

It was clean and nice and the staff was incredible. I am so impressed and more hotels should be like this.

Es difícil encontrar algo que nos gustara! Fui con mi esposa y 2 hijos de 9 y 10 años!! Desde el momento que llegamos hubo errores, desde la reservacion que había hecho con anterioridad incluso pagué por adelantado!! Y me hicieron esperar por mas de 40 minutos porque el señor llamado Sunny encargado de recepción no la encontraba. fue alguien que no se motivaba en dar solución, al contrario todo era NO!! Quizás lo positivo fue que luego de ese tiempo llegó la Señora Kim qué fue muy amable y logró ayudarnos!! Luego fuimos a la piscina porque a los niños le emocionaba y estaba totalmente sucia el agua, tuve que comenzar a limpiar la piscina yo mismo, no había toallas limpias y el Jacuzzi además de sucio estaba a una temperatura mas caliente de lo normal que el señor Sunny dijo que no podía regular!! Sinceramente no volvería!! Pagué casi 300$ por una noche y estoy seguro que por menos dinero hubiese encontrado algo mejor!

El recepciónista llamado Sunny poco agradable, piscina y Jacuzzi con agua sucia!

The cook accommodated our request for Turkey Sausage, when they were serving only Bacon. She was very nice.
