The property was very clean and my room was awesome.

Clean room and relatively quiet.

Always clean. Here multiple times a month. Have never had a issue with location or any one who works here. Would recommend for any occasion. Has food and entertainment close by. Delivery company find it easily. Roo.s are spacious and worth the price.

Loved the fire pit. The pool and hot tube were a big hit.

We recently traveled to Chicago for work and stayed here for over a week, having to book additional days during our stay multiple times. The staff was super from the moment we arrived. I needed to print some documents for our business while we were there and was having some difficulty with the printer. General Manager Kimberly jumped into action immediately and got me just what I needed. And did it with a big beautiful smile to go along with it!! Jaimie and Payton at the front desk were just phenomenal!! From making sure we had everything we needed during our stay to helping us figure out the art of adding days to our stay. Also, Deb with housekeeping made swapping rooms a breeze. I also had to opportunity to overhear other guest letting the staff know just how wonderful they have been. The rooms were spacious and clean. Along with all other areas of the establishment. We travel as a family. So while my husband is working, I am at the hotel with our child during the day. We felt very safe here and had a good time hanging out at the indoor pool and hot tub. Also spent a good bit of time outside letting the little one ride his scooter around the parking lot. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
