La cama y la distribución del apartamento. El aire acondicionado (visita en verano). La ubicación, teniendo a 5 minutos aproximadamente dos estaciones del Metro de Madrid y el entorno tranquilo. Además, la cercanía a distintas cadenas de supermercados de buen prestigio.

El hecho de que el apartamento no dispusiera de lavavajillas y el tamaño de la TV.
