Location near to metro so that you can get anywhere easily, but there’s nothing interesting in walking distance. Maika was helpful. Shopping for food was in a walking distance too, restaurants including.

Sounds can be heard from surrounding apartments. Except for some older-ladies early morning talking, I was OK. So, it will depend… also water tubes from apartment above went through my room - they are just hidden behind some construction plates.
