We paid for 2 rooms for 4 nights and 1 room was booked on 6/3/26 simply because we couldn't fine where we booked our stay online on 4/7/26, and we were trying to get in that hotel before all the rooms were booked on 6/3/26, but it was in the hotel system. The Hotel said they couldn't cancel the room that was booked on 6/3/26 and they could have cancelled it because in the policy it shows you can cancelled before you pay because that was booked on the same day. It was only 2 people in the room, myself and my husband and we didn't need 2 rooms. We need a refund for the other room. Thanks
