Nas poucas vezes que precisei falar com o proprietário ele respondeu as mensagens de imediato e e foi atencioso.

Algumas tomadas soltas (fora da parede, penduradas pelos fios) e o box vaza água quando se toma banho. Nada que inviabilize a utilização do apartamento, mas com filhos pequenos isso demandou um certo cuidado da minha parte.
