There was a confusion on my booking when we arrived. They booked me on the previous booking that I cancelled. Reception keep on telling that my payment declined etc. I keep on explaining that card will definitely decline since I cancelled the booking. I had to call Expedia for help and inform them about the other registration/booking number since the one in reception was not eager to look for it. Voila! booking found. Payment did go through!! After a lot of explanation.

Clean, quiet hotel with big rooms and free breakfast. The manager gave us a free room upgrade due to a broken toilet valve.

We had an broken toilet valve and unfortunately there wasn't any maintenance staff to fix it until the next day.
