"Exceptional"

Great boutique style hotel . Super clean with great pool bar area. A bit far from center and main beaches but much more modern and comfortable at a competitive rate

"Esta bien pero a un precio elevado"

El hotel, como ocurre en varios hoteles de San Andrés, se encuentra sobrevalorado, esto debido a: 1. No tiene acceso a playa propia (aunque indican en comentarios anteriores que tienen acceso a un club de playa privado, vale aclarar que solo incluye gratis las actividades de Kayak y bicicleta acuática (no playa). 2. Queda retirado de los lugares turísticos como el centro, San Luis, Rocky Cay, otros. 3. No tiene tiendas cerca La experiencia con el restaurante no fue posible ya que está en reapertura y cerraban temprano. Solo probamos el desayuno que estaba bien, pero para estadías largas falta variedad. Tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro check in a la llegada por ser primero de enero y ni una botella de agua nos brindaron mientras esperamos 3 horas a la entrega de la habitación. Mientras esperábamos en la piscina, nos percatamos que hay servicio de pasadía (hay otras personas además de los huéspedes) en las áreas comunes. El personal es muy amable, pero aun siguen en aprendizaje de servicio al cliente. Para un hotel de este valor, aun falta...

"A very new hotel that caters to international travelers"

A very new property with a great pool and great style. We had a magnificent room on the 3rd floor with a splendid sea view and a balcony that we adored. The staff are friendly and they were great with booking a mule/golf-cart to explore the island and a boat tour to Johnny Cay and Aquarius island. Would definitely stay here again. Tatiana is the GM and she is great as is the front desk staff woman named Yuri and the bartender/dj named Emilde. The restaurant at the hotel could use some improvement for lunch and dinner selection. The breakfast is actually really good and was included in our room rate.

"Not a recommend"

already when we got there we felt like a problem. unpleasant at the front desk, when we had problems with our door they just sighed and barely wanted to help us. You do not feel welcome at this hotel, it is not near any supermarket and no other attractions. The only thing that was ok was that the hotel was relatively clean. but not a hotel i would recommend
