Studio 154 Hotel

Gorgeous modern room. 211 has a view of the river. Spacious. Wonderful roof deck.

Shower was gorgeous but super low water pressure was disappointing. Footsteps upstairs.

Studio 154 is a clean, centrally located hotel off Broadway in Nashville TN.. Guests can enjoy a river view from the roof top terrace while sipping beverages with friends before hitting broadway.

Studio 154 was a great find! The property is conveniently located in downtown Nashville, the staff is excellent and our room was clean, comfortable & well appointed.

Location was fantastic, the communal facilities are very clean and easy to navigate. The room itself was spotless, beds were very comfy and the air conditioning was a life saver. When we spoke with the staff member at the front desk, he was polite and chatty and just a pleasure to talk to. Nothing was too much to ask. The mini bar and snacks were reasonably priced compared to a lot of other hotels we’ve stayed in before, and we liked having a fridge that we could put our own things in rather than it being completely stocked with chargeable items.

Tea/coffee machine in the lobby was complicated but a nice addition, the key card access can be temperamental (the app would crash) and slow at times but overall worked well.

Location and comfort of bed

I stayed 3 nights, there was construction going on above my head/bed. Literally small rocks and debris falling while sleeping. The 1st day was the worse for the debris, the second day construction started at 6 AM, we’re talking about a city where people party until 3 and 4 AM. So all day I did not sleep because since they started at 6 AM, it did not stop all day. When I checked in, I was told that I am getting their favorite room which had no ceiling, but was directly connected to the sky Terrace where the construction was going on. The constant banging, drilling, talking loud by the construction staff was unbearable to the point that I could hear it even through my earplugs. The other night, I could hear people above my head, talking and laughing after quiet hours an early morning. In general, this was the worst stay I have experienced on any of my vacations. The Hotel staff was aware of all us, and I was promised compensation by Lauren, which I still have not received. This is not a cheap hotel, and they should make sure their customers are able to rest while staying there. Especially when they are there to rest so they can run a marathon. I am expecting full refund as promised.
