Great location, clean, great service, great stay!

Clean, upscale, friendly and helpful staff and so Close to everything!

Walking distance to broadway good. Nice, comfortable rooms (big) and very clean. Cool skydeck. Very helpful staff there. Our room had large windows facing the street (they needed to be cleaned) but some rooms don't have windows so you'll need to clarify. 3rd Floor very pretty and nicer than the 2nd floor in the way of decor, cool art. Nice coffee station on 2nd floor at main entrance; however. Nice sink area in the room with fridge, large desk, cool lighting and chairs. Beds were good and comfortable. And, the soap in the bathroom smelled amazing. We had very high ceilings in our room which was nice.

Lots of construction nearby and difficult to get the App to work to enter room. Parking across street was very expensive and made it hard to get luggage to your room. You would definitely need to Uber there for more ease. There is a loading zone, but people kept parking their cars there and taking up all of the space.

Close to the beach

Waking up every morning to exceptionally loud drilling and construction. No access to our balcony. All the balcony table, chairs, lounge, was in the living area. Paint buckets in hallway. Only 1 of the 2 outdoor pools were open.

Loved the room and location. Very clean and beautiful.

Loud guests in the hallway that were singing and fighting for a good hour. Several nights of other guests being loud even next to us. It would help if there were quiet hours or security on the property. Balcony would have been a bonus if only it was open with a bar and entertainment.

Staff was beyond accommodating and kind. Hotel was so nice and location was perfect!
