Sve je bilo dobro.

Možda bi objekat trebao imati neki Ugovor s vlasnikom parkinga,parking Rogač nije daleko no za nepunih 2 dana točnije dan i pol 26,70 ,da cijena parkinga bude povoljnija.

Love open and clean space. Great location. Close to town

Not enough bins and clean towels

Great location. The interior and furniture are visibly new. Enough towels, and a washing machine in the entrance hall that you can use all the time with all necessary detergent and so.

We got a room at the very top under the roof, which quite small and because of that it used to be hot inside. Also, the room did not have a balcony, which we missed. Furthermore, a swarm of ants was visible in our room. They were not so aggressive, but there were clearly many of them, on the sink for example. We stayed in the room for 10 days and during that time we didn’t have the option to change the bedding after a fee days, which might have been necessary, considering that we used to sweat while sleeping due to the heat in the attic. I emphasize that all of the above refers to the room under the attic, as the other rooms on the lower floors look much larger and more comfortable with balcony space. In the end, I must mention that the accommodation does not have its own parking space.

The location is great, with easy access to shops and the main part of town. The beaches were a bit further away, but personally I don't consider that a problem just adding in case someone else would. The apartment itself was clean and just the right amount of space for a solo traveller, especially in the bathroom which was overall great.

During my stay a bad smell, sewage I believe, started to become more and more prominent. It wasn't so much a problem in the bathroom as it was in the kitchen with the sink (which becomes an even bigger problem when the kitchen is also the bedroom). There were times when I had issues with the AC which would turn on but then stand still and do nothing even if it was correctly set up. It would resolve itself after a few turn it off and back on attempts, but definitely an annoyance when you're hot and sweaty..
