La ubicación del apartahotel es excelente; es una zona segura y queda lo turístico cerca. Gran lugar

Todo estuvo acorde.

La zona es muy agradable. El hotel es de recepción 24 horas. Llegue a la 2 am y sin problema. Habitación cómoda con una cocina pequeña. Aire acondicionado. Y el personal muy amable

It was a nice room, Jacuzzi and location was perfect but the only thing is it needed better wifi and more channels to watch on the tv my best bet is to have your own cell phone service because you wouldn’t have any internet access

Our stay at On Apartasuites really felt like coming home in Cali!! The apartments have been recently renovated and are clean and bright, the staff is available at any moment of the day and they are all incredibly friendly and ready to answer questions and/or provide advice. Certain rooms have small balconies from which you see the mountain with the three crosses and where you can enjoy a daily morning coffee while watching parrots and hummingbrids flying in and out of the palm trees.

Nothing disappointed and staff were really incredible, from the owner to the manager, concierge, and cleaning staff. A big warm THANK YOU to everyone for making our stay amazing!

very friendly staff. Location is excellent with lots of dining options around and shops. Rooms' windows are wall facing but think it is good for security.

Wonderful room, comfortable bed, nice towels

Horrible internet, It must be improved. not having access to the building and having to rely on calling someone to open the front door is also pretty bad.
