Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Tulsa Northeast - Owasso by IHG

Clean facility.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and I got a double queen room. Hotel would not offer me anything else stating they do not have bedrooms. I feel mislead as I assumed I was getting bedrooms and not just a double queen bedroom.

The room was very nice the facility was very clean and breakfast was awesome

The pillows were not comfotable

The staff is very nice and polite. We got checked in without issues and rooms were clean and in good condition. We always stay at this hotel when we travel to this area.

Everyone was very friendly.

Newer property and well maintained

The room was spotless when we arrived, which was amazing! The neds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We will definitely be back.

Very nice clean hotel in s great area…. My only complain was we reserved 2 King rooms and only got one at check in…. They did get us the second King room but they had to stay on a different floor… overall great hotel

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was awesome, lights worked, and the water for showers was hot. Now, the bad. I did not report any of this only because I was working LONG hours and was too tired to care, but my HVAC unit wouldn't hold its temperature. Freezing when I got into the room at night, sweating by midnight, and freezing again in the morning. Thermostat on the wall was just for decoration. My TV remote was a joke. It would turn the TV on and off from anywhere, but loading the guide, changing channels, or volume, you had to practice ju-jitsu very close to the TV and MAYBE it would work. Lastly's, I like brushing my teeth with cold water. I'm pretty sure no cold water exists in this hotel. With the sink on cold, I got hot water, either direction. With the shower faucet barely cracked open, water was plenty hot enough to take a shower. Thankfully, the fridge worked well enough to keep my bottled water, medications, and leftovers cold even though it sounded like a waterfall with the door open and, sadly, no mini-freezers for my lunchbox ice packs, though they did offer to keep the packs in the kitchen's freezers overnight which, I never remembered or was too tired to do. That's on me.
