Tudo foi fantástico. Desde a localização, à escolha do quarto, a decoração, a limpeza, a vista. Recomendo vivamente! Tem toalhas, shampoo, gel de banho, papel, tudo o que possa imaginar! Fenomenal!

Shows the reality of 1 man trying to run a hotel by himself - the standards slowly dropped over the years: Andy Warhol room -Forced to pay tourist tax in cash -Bedsheet set hasn’t been replaced in years, thin and scratchy (ended up having to buy our own set so we could sleep) -Pillows are disgusting, with the pillowcase not covering the yellow pillow itself -Little stains everywhere that show only base furniture is cleaned between patrons -Bathroom grout is pink with bacteria and leaks water through the shower along the floor -the flight of stairs to get up to rooms has lights off at night, requiring a flashlight -Owner/someone unsupervised hosted a full scale party late into the night like it’s a hostel and not a hotel (cigarette smell wafting into our room) Overall it was clearly done with artistic intentions a decade ago, but has since become a barely maintained airbnb - paying hotel prices for maybe 50% of the hotel standard is just not something you want to risk when traveling to a new city, and after being stuck here for 4 nights, I advice you don’t

Great room and cleaned. Before travel we read comments saying rooms were dirty, but our was ok. Host was correct (he didnt do nothing crazy as other comments said), no suuuper friendly but correct, so ok for us.

Place location is close to red night zone, we didnt go out during night so that didnt affect us, but if you are not confortable with this kind of neighbourhood take this in consideration. Shower was great... when it worked! it has a system with timer, so to me it was almost imposible to get hot water, just a litlle one time and then cold. My couple had not problem, so probably it was me who didnt know how to use it.
