The location, the view from the property.

The property had many good aspects, and we enjoyed most parts of our stay. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was below expectations — the sofa had some crumbs, and the windows were quite dirty, which affected our first impression. We stayed during a very hot day, and the cooling arrangements were limited. There is only one air conditioner, located in the downstairs bunk bedroom. Although there are ceiling fans in all rooms and a portable fan provided, the living area still felt quite hot and stuffy. Regarding the pool, this was likely our misunderstanding — the listing mentions a pool, but based on the photos we assumed it was private. It is actually a shared pool and not directly attached to the property, so it may be helpful to make this clearer. Overall, we liked the property, but improvements in cleanliness and cooling would make a big difference.

Location was good close to beach and shops

I feel this property is misleading, it is advertised as having air con, when in fact only one bedroom with a bunk bed has aircon, the remaining house does not. It was very hot and we found it hard to stay in the property through the day. The property is also 2 stories, had I have known this I would not have booked it given I have a 1year old baby this was extremely dangerous and I had no idea prior to entering the property. The parking was not ideal given my large car also, found the pictures misleading, I would not stay here again.

Beautiful hot spa for winter and an incredible pool. The view from the lounge room is unbeatable!

It didn’t bother me as the weather we stayed wasn’t hot. But if its summer, it must be quite hot without air conditioning.
