Location.

Walked into the room and walked straight out, the room stunk of cat urine or some sort of animal. The carpark had trolleys and rubbish everywhere.

Well located in the heart of Mayfield.

Bad smell in carpet, bad smell in ensuite, mould under fridge. The room was stuffy with no way of keeping window open.

The bed was comfy and we got complementary towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Needed a bit of a make over, it stunk, the water was stinky coming out of the shower, shower pressure was weak and the shower door was a bit stiff

Neat and tidy, lovely clean linen, shampoo & soap...

No tea bags, old bed, soiled carpet...cosmetic that's all.

Location is nice Place is the value of money

Basic cleaning is done but not really good clean Bedsheets has stain The toilet and walls weren't so go

The location for pub and bus stops

The second we opened the door it just STUNK of almost like cat pee. The bed sheets and doona stank as well a stale disgusting smell. The windows didn’t lock at all. The shower door was broken and shower was COVERED in mold (there is no exhaust fan and windows don’t stay open to let steam out)

Was a good general property, quiet, clean comfortable and cheap

Was moved from the property to another (Aspire Newcastle) it was on the conformation text but I automatically went to the property i knew I’d booked and the code would not work, until I rang for help, then checked and realised it was another location a short distance away. In all honesty it was less central to my needs, but i am probably happier with the alternative location it was quiet, clean and suited my needs equally if not better
