The house is incredible, large, spacious, and well-equipped. Both the arrival and departure were super smooth. The kitchen had all the utensils and was a good size, making cooking easy. The barbecue also worked as expected. The living room is large and has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. Additionally, all the bedrooms are big and have adequately sized bathrooms with toiletries. There were 6 of us and we all felt super comfortable. The location is very quiet and there's even a parking space. However, the best part of all was the host, Sonia. She was always quick to communicate, flexible, and went above and beyond with recommendations not only for attractions in Ronda but also in neighboring towns. A 5-star house and an even better host. There's no better value for money in Ronda.

These are not criticisms, as everything was well explained in the listing, but they are worth mentioning: the house is located in a residential area a bit far from the city center / tourist attractions, about a 20 to 30-minute walk away. Also, the sofa bed is comfortable for spending time and watching TV, but I wouldn't want to sleep many nights on it. There are also few/no nightlife options nearby. These are very minor points compared to all the benefits of the house.

Location was excellent, only 30 walk directly to the bull ring, then on to the New Bridge. Similarly, only 25 mins walk from the back of the house, over some waste ground then on to the castle walls and the Arab Baths. There were always restaurants within walking distance to the house, even down town restaurants were walkable. There were many strengths to the house. Sonia, our host, was very responsive to our needs responding quickly when we experienced hot water issues, and promptly replacing a missing coffee machine and outside patio cushions. The bedrooms all had ensuites so our three families were happy for their privacy! The house was modern and felt safe in that neighbourhood, We were able to park our car on the property.

Our biggest complaint was that, although the dining table could seat 6-8, the dining chairs were completely inadequate, only there for show! Too small, too weak. We instead swapped them out with the outside patio table chairs which, although not perfect were much better. Our second issue, not at all Sonia's fault, was that there was a house renovation occurring next door. The only tool the workman seemed to use was a jack hammer for most of the day!

A bit of a walk into town. The first night there was a party next door which disturbed our sleep - not the fault of the owner and probably a one-off.
