Beds! Mattress was horrible! It was like sleeping on a very very firm box spring. Not comfy at all.

We reserved a handicapped room with two queen beds. When we arrived, this room was not available. We ended up with a king bed (not good!). The clerk blamed Expedia for the booking error.
