"un happy with the room TV"

TV in the room had no sound for the entire weekend. Call front desk they stated the Maintenace man would come an repair. Went to visit friends came back still no sound. Clerk said she would inform general manager. We stayed the weekend with no sound to TV. I was hoping they would change our room with working tv. Very uncomfortable not to be able to relax and enjoy our TV programs so we had to go over friend's house. Paid for rooms but didn't get the full service of the room. If I could have found another place to stay, I would have; didn't want a cancellation fee added to my card.

If we could have been accommodated for a full-service room, or some discounts due to the fact we spent most of the day out and about because there was no sound on the TV. We ended up finishing our stay at another hotel when we checked out Sunday. I was expecting more for the Hilton with the amount of money we paid for the room.

breakfast chef was great at working with the kids and getting chicken sausages due to their religious beliefs

poor communication betwee booking.com and hampton inn I had to add additional day to reservation to booking so contacted booking ,com and then talked with desk at Middleburg Hampton, The clerk added an extra cot but did not add extra day so when my son and family it was a hassle to get then checked in with 5 kids and just driving in from Arkansas, I had hoped it would be smooth manager finally got it straightened out and they were given the keys,
