A meticulously created and maintained art deco B&B, with quirky themed rooms, lovely bathroom, and a hugely varied and delicious breakfast menu to choose from. Kat and Spencer were wonderful hosts and made us feel truly at home. A short walk from the local station to take you into the centre of Margate (just 2 stops), and near to a couple of lovely bars and sandy beach at Minnis Bay. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Breakfast was good. Kat could have not have been more obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. She worked so hard.

Would have loved to be able to sit in the garden as our room had no outside space. She is obviously working really hard on the garden and it is going to be beautiful. We did get the chance to have breakfast twice on the terrace of another room which was vacant. Also we sat out on the terrace one evening (really appreciated it Kat, thank you).

The host were very friendly. The breakfast on the balcony were lovely. The room and the bathroom were well equipped, very clean, and nicely decorated. I recommend !

"Best place in Birchington."

We loved the quirky decor. The owner is an absolute lovely host and makes you feel right at home. You could not ask for anything more. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and there was lots of good options, including lots of options for vegetarians. I would highly recommend this little B&B.

The only downside was the lack of ensuite in the David Bowie room, but you do get your own bathroom and a bathrobe is provided. I am still glad we stayed though as this place was lovely.
