The pool looked nice although I did not use. Nice bar and breakfast tables poolside. Seemed like a friendly, sociable area to relax and visit with others. The owner trusted me to leave after one night and return to pay, because I could not get USD from several ATMs

I booked for four nights. Upon arrival in the late evening, I knew I would not stay. I left the next day, giving up the $125.00 USD for 3 nights that I did not stay. I did not even unpack or take a shower. Room was dark and dank. Everything about the room was uncomfortable. White sheets were thin and well worn, grey or yellow in color with holes. A/C and fan did not cool room. Water leaked on floor from fridge. Toilet seat too small for bowl. The building was old and tired. The Australian owner, Trevor, was polite and informative about the property but had a brusque demeanor. He only accepts USD cash so was a problem for me when I wanted to leave. No cards accepted.

Very nice property owner , property is close to downtown , tuck tuck around the corner , nice, clean city to visit

I believe electronic gate with touch card would be much better , rather than use a ossscode passcode lock

Great host (Trevor and the Eureka Team). Very helpful with recommendations and booking of Taxis & Tours. Location is perfect if you are looking for some peace and quiet after a day/night of the hustle and bustle of Pub street. Which is a leisurely 20 min walk or $2 tutuk ride away. Rooms are clean and spacious with character. Great breakfast with choices. Some nice eateries within a few minutes walk. All in all can highly recommend Eureka for a chilled out stay when in Siem Reap
