Location, view, history and Asia at the front desk was awesome!!

Lady at the bar and security guard that worked at night. Both treated us like we weren't welcome. Everyone and everything else was amazing.

"We go here every year for our Anniversary!"

It was my 26th anniversary and we we came here , as we do every year , and it did not did not disappoint . We had a very nice stay as usual . The staff was very nice and security here is very good . It is a short walk from one of my favorite restaurants, the Arcade, and Birdies bar . It’s a quick uber to any number of eating places . Great stay ! See you again next year !

Superb location- all the best Memphis spots are within walking distance. The check in staff, security, and cleaning team were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Seriously no complaints from us. 10/10 experience. We’ll be back!

The location was perfect to catch the Amtrak. And close to a lot of other historical sites. When I checked in both of the girls (didn't get their names )at the desk were absolutely great. I had a King Concourse room this room had the most amazing views. My jaw just dropped. The hotel is just very charming. If I ever stay in Memphis again, will definitely stay here.

"Quirky hotel"

This hotel is located right by the Amtrak rail line. A fantastic location if you are touring America & stopping off to visit Memphis. The building was originally a train station & decorated beautifully to influence the original features. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. Staff were friendly & helpful. It is about a 10 minute walk to Beale street. Opposite the hotel is the Arcade diner (one of the oldest in Memphis) it was one of the places Elvis used to go to before his fame. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
