The hotel was very nice. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good looking. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options and a cosy vibe. The terrace overlooks the golf courts.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed. The reception was not staffed; you had to look for someone in the restaurant to request a check-in/out or other reception support, but the lady was often quite busy.

"ok, bis auf das Ein- und Auschecken!"

Schöne Zimmer und hervorragendes Frühstück.

Das Personal war völlig überfordert. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Im Restaurant hat man uns stehen gelassen. Nach einiger Zeit ist dann eine Dame mit uns zur Rezeption gegangen. Die Buchung konnte im System nicht gefunden werden!? Also wieder warten. Das gleiche Spiel am nächsten Tag. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage im Restaurant, mussten wir 15 Minuten an der Rezeption warten, bis wir auschecken konnten.
