The Sand Collection Villas

Nous avions loué une villa 2 personnes avec piscine privée pour 6 nuits. Nous avons adoré !! Une vue magnifique!! Localisation: à 5mn à pieds de la plage Santa Maria qui est magnifique. Il faut une voiture pour visiter Paros et tout est à 30 mn grand maximum. Un supermarché se situe à 10mn en voiture. Confort: literie top, grand salon, notre cuisine était très bien (j’ai cru comprendre que dans certaines villas elle était plus petite), terrasse avec pergola donc un bon coin à l’ombre bien aménagé et la petite piscine avec 2 transats. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout correspond à la description et aux photos. Service conciergerie: Teti est extrêmement disponible si vous avez des questions ou besoin de quoi que ce soit! Il n’était pas présent sur site mais ses collègues sur place prenaient le relais. Ménage fait 2 fois lors sur séjour. Les villas sont face à la mer dans un jardin aménagé légèrement en pente pour que toutes puissent avoir la vue mer.

Globalement tout était parfait mais pour ce prix je me permets de donner des détails pour passer de 19/20 à 20/20 ;-) Coin cuisine : rajouter une paire de ciseaux, un tir bouchon, des maniques (pour le four), du sel/poivre et huile d’olive (la base car en acheter pour quelques jours c’est dommage), du papier cuisson et aluminium. Un lave vaisselle pour les villas de plus de 2 personnes (si elles n’en n’ont pas). Coin salle de bain: bien vérifier lors du ménage si les pots de gel douche et autre sont pleins (nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’il n’y avait plus de gel douche pendant la douche et même si Teti a été très réactif c’est dommage qu’avec 2x du ménage en 6 jours ça n’a pas été fait). Rajouter un savon côté vasque. Et alors malheureusement notre villa était à l’ombre très très rapidement (vers 16h30 la piscine et les transats étaient à l’ombre), au moins 1h30 avant nos voisins qui avaient un coin soleil plus grand. C’est le seul vrai point négatif car on n’en a moins profité que les autres villas…

The villa we had was very well designed aesthetically. The area is quite lovely and not near a very busy road. We had three bedrooms, two baths and a pool. The location was excellent, a beach was within walking distance and town was only 5-10 minutes away. Easy to get to the supermarket or town. One of the best restaurants on the island (Siparos) is literally three minutes away (book ahead).

If you plan on eating all your dinners at restaurants then this place is great: *book it*. If you plan on cooking anything beyond breakfast and lunch know that the kitchen is woefully under-supplied. Not even salt, pepper, oil & vinegar. I had to buy a knife & peeler, for instance. I suppose if you can afford the place & plan on cooking a meal, then prepare to spend some euros on staples - not a major deal.

Θα ηταν τελειο να ειχε ενα πλυντηριο ρουχων!Για καποιον που θελει να μηνει για παραπανω μερες ειναι απαραιτητο ειδικα αν εχεις παιδια.

The property is fantastic. Immaculately kept and great location for the beach. A short drive from Naoussa. The local team are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Only slight niggle is that the property is spacious but the pool is tiny. This was not a surprise as photos are representative of the ‘dipping’ pool. Also the sea is on the doorstep for those wanting a swim. The pool is simply disproportionally small compared to the property.

Villas excelentes Lugar tranquilo con muy lindas vistas al mar Todo super : el servicio de las anfitrionas la limpieza …. Super recomendable !

Beautiful property, very clean and 7 min away from town. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Absolutely would stay here again.

Our villa was perfect! It was very clean, peaceful, and had amazing views. Our family of 5 spent our days exploring Paros and then relaxing and recharging at the villa. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a short walk which was great. Teti and Christina were very responsive and so helpful with amazing recommendations for food, a rental car, and places to see.
