Almost constant odor of sulfur, in the room you have to keep the fan going 24/7 to keep it out.

"宮城一素敵な温泉旅館♡"

初めての温泉旅行で何も分からなかったのですが、スタッフ様が丁寧にチェックインから何から説明してくださり、大変助かりました。急遽お部屋の露天風呂が凍結してしまいお風呂が使えなかった時も臨機応変に対応してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。お客様第一で考えてくださっていて、嬉しい気持ちになりました。そして、ご飯がとても美味しかったです。食べることが好きだったので、たくさんの料理を楽しめて幸せでした。お風呂もお肌スベスベになってまたいきたいと思います♡

お部屋の中まで硫黄の匂いがすごくて、少し具合悪くなってしまいました。その点少し対策案とか教えていただけたらもう少し快適に過ごせたかもしれません！でも十分丁寧に対応していただいたので満足です！

スタッフの方は感じが良かったです

部屋の掃除が今ひとつでした ロールカーテンからはホコリが舞うし 畳には何かの食べかすなど落ちていて嫌でした
