Massive apartment with a kitchen, and an amazing view of Yeosu, the bay and docks, and the cable cars that really come to life in the evening. We tried the restaurant on the second floor, and it was just incredible hairtail fish and raw pickled crab (Ganjang-gejang). We went to the market the next day for some more fish

Unclear, why it is called a “Spa” hostel; expect more hostel-vibes in terms of location (very smelly & dirty parking lot/backyard), furnishings (quite sparse and worn down) and fellow guests (loud and rowdy group of middle aged guests on our floor). Also a bit of an off-location - not in walking distance of the city center and no decent restaurants around.

It was very nice. Clean and had good amenities in the room. We really enjoyed the hot tub.

Everything, room is excellent and location is great, restaurant on 2nd floor has very nice food.

The room has a really nice view of Yeosu. Especially when it is dark, the bridge and cable cars are light up nicely. The room was really spacious and includes a small kitchen area and even has two bathrooms (one with a sink and shower, one with a toilet). The bed was comfortable but the blanket was a bit warm for summer.

When showering, the water was not at one constant temperature but switched between warm and cold every few moments. There were no light switches next to the bed unfortunately. While the location provides for a great view, there are only few restaurants around. At least, there are two convenience stores nearby. The closest bus stop is about 15 min away. Alternatively, I accessed the hotel by cable car since the station is only 5 min away and I think having this option is kind of cool.

I had a great experience at Bayfront - the balcony provided a beautiful view of the night scenery in Yeose, and the front staff treated me like family, which was really heartwarming. The room was spacious and clean, and I was also able to use the kitchen.

Since it's an island, transportation options can be a bit limited and you might need to take a taxi every time you go to the opposite shore where the city, markets, and tourist attractions are located. However, Korean taxis are friendly and inexpensive. One thing to note is that the cheaper ocean view rooms don't come with a balcony jacuzzi. Although it's mentioned in the room details on Booking.com, some people might misunderstand due to the pictures shown.
