Umístění super, cena taky vcelku ucházející. Akorát se jednalo o pracovní pobyt a snídaně jsou od 08:00 h, což je dost pozdě. Navíc tam už 08:05 bylo naprosto přeplněno, že nebylo moc kde sednout. Vadí mi, že není recepčním příliš rozumět. Zřejmě nebyly Češky. Chápu, že jezdí i (nebo zejména) zahraniční klientela, ale v Čechách bylo mohli mluvit česky.

Personel mówi tylko po czesku i po rosyjsku. Parking oddalony od hotelu i zamykany na linkę i klódkę. Dania na śniadanie, które powinny być ciepłe były chłodne.

Great location for enjoying the Karlovy Vary Film Festival. Big room with good en suite bathroom. Appreciated that we were provided with a fan when we requested one. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I booked this at an advertised 'spa package' rate which included 2 treatments per person per day. This was done months in advance as it was for a special birthday. I emailed long in advance of our stay to ask about the details and whether we could pre-book our treatments etc. I received a short reply to say we could find out when we arrived. Unfortunately, on arrival, the hotel were quite unaware of said package and didn't think it was their problem. The attached wellness facilities were a different business and we had to liaise with them. This was not helpful as the wellness centre was not open over weekends and staff were nowhere to be found even during their advertised opening times. We were unable to arrange any treatments and I reached out for compensation. The hotel (via booking.com customer service) offered a small refund of £48. I am not happy with the fact that the hotel still offers this spa package as it is misleading. There are other better value spa hotels in town if that is what you are looking for as a traveller.
