Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer (Suite) mit stilvollen Möbeln. Gratis Tee/Kaffee und Obst im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, nettes Schwimmbad. Ideale Lage am Beginn der Fußgängerzone und gegenüber einer Heilquelle.

Central location. The sauna. Some days the breakfasts and dinners were very good.

The spa area is quite small and appears larger in the hotel’s photos than it actually is. One downside is the lack of on-site parking. If you arrive during a public holiday, when the city is crowded with tourists, it can be very difficult to find a parking space nearby.

"V Karlových Varech se nám líbí, rádi tam jezdíme a často. Jinak hodnocení velmi dobré."

Lokalita vynikající a výhled na kolonádu úžasný. Personálu není co vytknout, jsou to profíci a lidi na svém místě. Měli jsme polopenzi, snídaně bohaté a večeře to samé, všude čisto a personál opravdu lítal a pracoval. Sauna a bazén v pohodě, prostěradla k mání, krásně vyžehlená.

Negativa mi nevyhledáváme. Jen ženě se propadla postel, rošt jsem po nasazoval a bylo to. Vyřešeno za malou chvilku.

Расположение

Администратор София поселила в номер гораздо ниже уровнем. После обращения в Вам, переселили на следующий день. Разницу в цене пока не вернули. Жду возвращения денег на карту! Выключено отопление, а температуры ночью минусовые
