The post images is a scam, the other reviews are saying the same thing! Booking needs to investigate , bathroom floods, tv doesn’t do anything and the room stinks and NO WINDOW

the location was perfect — 5 minutes away from the Parliament, most of the attractions are in the walking distance. it was also fairly cheap. if you are on a tight budget and plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city, and looking for a cheap accommodation — this is a good option for you.

i wouldn’t say it was exactly comfortable — the bed was really hard, and it was really hard to take a shower because the water would pour out everywhere, but i think it was okay. also, we were trying to book a standard room that looked nice on the pictures, but ended up with completely different room. there was basically no windows in the room.

The apartment it has been a very good bargain for my 4 days trip to Budapest. Perfectly located near the Parliament and two metro stations, the place is small but clean and it's suitable for a single traveller or a couple. There's just a small windows facing the staircase of the building so no external exposure but this is irrilevante when you travel amd need just a clean and safe place to sleep in. It has a small kitchenette with a sink, a microwave, a fridge and a single induction stove. Definitely a place to recommend

The only downside is the shower curtin that doesn't stop the water to flood the whole bathroom. I have noticed reading other reviews that, this is the main problem. Once they fox this the apartment is perfect!

The only good thing about this stay was the location. It's quite central property and it's a couple of mins to the city centre.

There were so many things we didn't like, I don't even know where to begin. And I wish I could give this accomodation negative stars! Honestly, do not book this!!! It's a scam and you will not get the nice room you book. I wish this accomodation provider was taken down as they do not comply with Health and safety regulations. First of all, the house is very old and the whole building is full of mould, weird smell and has not been cleaned in ages. When we entered out flat, we were uterly shocked! The place was full of mould, there was no Windows, the ceiling wasn't finished so you could see a boiler above you + bricks(!!!) which is definitely not safe as if there's a leak or it falls down, you'll be severly injured/killed, you can smell mould from water, electrical cables are sticking out of the wall, wall plastering keeps falling off the wall and directly into the bed(!!), the whole place is so damp, dirty, smelly! Furthermore, when you take a shower (even a short one), it automatically flods the whole place because there is no treshold. TV doesn't work - no programms have been paid, so you have a TV but not possible to use it for anything! The whole building is in the similar sense. We were phisically attacked by one of the tenants for no reason! Just standing and looking onto a map in front of our door!! The building is old and there are really weird cellars. If you met the weird neighbour and he took you there, you would have never gotten out! Really dangerous place and please do not make the same mistake we did - do not book it!!! Not worth the money, your health and comfort!!!!

We had ceiling panels missing above the toilet and in the hall of the apartment. There were some holes in the wall like someone had kicked or punched it. There was an open socket with wires hanging out of it. The walls were filthy and had foot prints all over them. The shower room was meant to be a wet room but any time you went for a shower with the curtain drawn, it still soaked everywhere plus only one head on the shower worked. When I sent an email to the owners of the apartment raising the issues and had photos attached, I asked to be moved apartment or partial refund as this was not the state we expected the room to be in giving we paid decent money for it. They got back to me saying it had been passed onto the maintenance team who I never heard a thing from. Hi5 apartments would email me about other things such as check outs and house rules but completely ignored my complaint to them.

Booked for 7 nights, on the 3rd night the boiler burst, causing the ceiling to collapse. Due to the electrics hanging from the ceiling we were unable to use the toilet. Took the property 2 days to send someone out to look. Then that they have have to turn the water off so there will be no water in the toilet and no hot water in the shower. Advised that we can stay or we can leave and will be issued a refund for our stay. Opted to leave as could not do without a toilet and hot water, have been fighting for the promised refund as have only received a refund for £60 which covers 1 nights accommodation. Property never answers phone and booking.com have said that they cannot help. Terrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND.
