JPEverything- cosy room with a hammock,delicious food, snorkeling from the beach, great views from the property, welcoming staff and good organization of trips/ transportation. And there are a lot of cute dogs on premises. We stayed on Bunaken just after the Independence Day, so hotel staff prepared a party on the beach with a lot of food, games and dancing. It was great to spend time with other travelers and locals! Thanks a lot to amazing team of Panorama Backpackers!!!
It’s not the “minus” points, just something that other travelers should know. We had some troubles with water, but they were resolved quickly. A lot of stairs- so it would be difficult for people with mobility issues. Wooden stairs leading to the porch could get very slippery after rain, take care!
FRThe ladies managing the place are wonderful persons. Food was excellent. Lunch and diner are good opportunities to speak to other guests. Location and views are amazing, especially during sunset. Diving center is just 100m and I strongly recommend Sven's team. Beds are confortable. No VISA accepted for payment so I suggest to set a Wise account (very easy) or prepare the needed cash before your arrival.
Confort is "backpackers" oriented (no AC for example) but the quality/price ratio is just unbeatable. If you are looking for impersonal and cold hotel, that's not the kind of place for you. If you are looking for authenticity, you will enjoy.

NLThe location is great, you can go snorkeling from the beach. The beach in front of the property was clean. There is a diving school next door. We liked the food, it was tasty and the portions were big. They also organize snorkeling and dolphin viewing tours.
At times the water pressure was very low so we couldn't shower, but staff fixed it quickly.

NLThe vibe at panorama was just absolutely perfect! Very chill and the staff is amazing! I only stayed 3 nights but regret not staying longer The diving was amazing and the dive guides are the best! I also definitely recommend the dolphin tour! You’ll see lots of dolphins and there are not too many boats at the site making it such a wonderful experience🥹
