無人のチェックインは初めてでしたが、手順も簡単でスムーズに出来ました。部屋は広く快適で、ベッドもロータイプだったので小さい子どもとの添い寝も問題なかったです。口コミで清掃が不十分という意見が多く見られて少し不安でしたが、実際衛生面は気になりませんでした。

洗濯機、洗濯洗剤もあると書いていたので、洗濯して翌日も着る前提で荷造りをして行きました。夜になりいざ洗濯しようとしたら洗剤が空っぽでした。コンビニまで買いに行きました。食器を利用したので洗おうと思ったら、食器用洗剤も空っぽ。惜しいっ！！その他はとても満足しています。

別府駅が歩いてすぐ近くなこと

トイレがとても臭かったです。清掃が心配で、問い合わせてから宿泊しましたが、見えるところ以外はしっかりと清掃してないと感じました。トイレ以外も、どこからかアンモニア臭がすごくて不快でした。外観はとても綺麗で立地も良く安いのですごく残念です。空気清浄機は使おうと思ったら、何か交換のランプが点灯したため使いませんでした。お風呂の換気扇も交換ランプがついていました。エアコンもきっと掃除が行き届いてないだろうと思います。。しっかり清掃業者をいれないとずっとお客さんに不快な思いをさせてしまうと思います。他の方もクチコミに書いていますので早めに改善して欲しいです。。

綺麗で広々と過ごせた

チェックイン作業の中にサポートセンターに繋ぐ部分があり、中々繋がらずひたすら待ちました。結局、いくら待っても繋がらないので電話をしました。部屋に入るのにだいぶ待ちました。

とても綺麗で、部屋も広くて大満足でした……!!

パーキングが少ないので、早い者勝ちです。近くにパーキングがあったので良かったですが、一通の道ばかりで回り道しないといけませんでした。
