Excellent location, smooth messaging with host. Restaurants and small shops meters away. Peaceful place, despite some Marine/boat activity.

Beds could get better

We stayed here last year and returned. The appartment is good yet is simple and a bit oldfashioned. It may seems to be a bit worn, but I find the price/quality ratio to be very good. Still it is well equipped for longer comfortable living. There is a good kitchen with basic ware and you can use a washing machine - very useful during a longer travel. The apartment has a Marina and cliffs of Los Gigantes view with balcony and the bedroom opens to the inside hood, so it is quiet to sleep. Note, there is no AC, only fan which makes a bit annoying sound, so you could wish to have ear plugs. The area is lively, the apartment complex has all you need - several bars and restauraunts, a (rather expensive) grocery shop, some other beach and souvenir shops etc. Other bars-cafes-restaurants and grocery shops are within short walking distance. The fully equipped beach is just behind the complex, but it has lots of stones so you may want to explore other beaches as well. Note, that if you come by car you have 3 options to park it: struggle around for hours to find a free parking spot, park at marina for 16€/day but not sure during the daytime (when there are whale watching tours it may be full) or like a boss rent a garage under your home, which is a bit dirty because of construction works but hasslefree. We've chosen the garage and never regreted.

pillow was not so good. The fan over the bed made a bit annoying sound. I would change all light bulbs to warm white, which is more comfortable for eyes
