Elmina Hotel Jaffa

We left without saying . we were lied to when requested a refund, and the hole thing felt like a scam. I can't believe this place is on Booking. they should take it of their map.

Let's start with the fact we waited 45min alone in the hotel for some one to check us in.. no codes have been sent. after 45 min a young guy arrives from the beach with flip flops and a towel. yes, he "works" here.. the place was completly run down.. we wanted a refund but he said there are no refunds. so we went up to check the rooms up. the rooms (we booked two for the family) were dirty! feathers on the floor, dust on the walls ,widows can not be opened as there is a building under construction laterally 3ft away. and yes, that is the view from the window. the view to the other direction is into an ugly naked guy's living room. after we went back down and saw an older guy in the reception desk (he looked like the owner), we talked to him ,wanted our money back, as per what you see in the pics on booking can't be further away from reality. the older guy claimed he does not work there. that is a LIE, as we saw him the day after working on the reception's PC. we ended up leaving and not staying. I would not stay there if someone paid me to.

Fantastic location. Good value. Stylish.

Rooms are a bit run down. The place would be amazing with some small repairs and paint touch up.

Shabby rundown room It looked good in the photos But in reality: No maintenance, dirty, broken doors in toilet and shower & some of the furniture. Massive Scratch on TV Sea sand on the floor, doesn’t look like any one really cares of the place nor is it loved No value for money unfortunately

מלון קטן ומקסים עם עיצוב מהמם! החדר שלנו שודרג מבלי שנבקש בכלל, קבלת הפנים היתה חמה ונדיבה. החדר מקסים עם עיצוב שעושה חשק. המיטה סופר נוחה, מצעים נעימים בטירוף, כריות פוך ענקיות. כיף חיים של מלון בלב יפו. בבוקר היה קפה ועוגה, וממש לא היינו צריכים יותר מזה לקפה של הבוקר במרפסת שמשקיפה על האזור השוקק. .
