Caravan was comfortable and spacious

There was nothing i didn't like

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months and have a further holiday booked in a few weeks. I like the location central to all amenities with a good bus service.

I understand it's a dog friendly site, but found caravan owners allowed their dogs to bark morning, noon and late evening. Yes we also had a dog but wouldn't dream of not stopping him barking if there was ever a case of this happening. To allow others to enjoy their break and not have it impacted or spoil their break. I understand dogs bark but as an owner myself I wouldn't allow it to bark endlessly everytime people walked by. This was the only negative.

Appearance can be deceiving. Quiet little site nestled behind houses on a bog standard residential road. Absolutely spotless site, very well looked after caravans whether privately owned or rented out. Ours was on the end corner of a little cul-de-sac. The caravan itself was absolutely beautiful. So so comfy and well equipped. No air fryers etc but plenty of pots/pans for cooking so you wouldn't miss your air fryer, I didn't!! Perfectly located for a quick drive into either Skegness or Ingomelds, no more that 8 minutes either way, however there are buses along the main round which is a short 5 min walk from the site. Could not fault anything with this place.

Beautiful accommodation, all modern inside,.fully kitted out with all necessities needed. Plenty of space, kids had a fantastic time. Lovely quiet site, really close to Skegness and ingoldmells, definitely recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Personal preference, absolutely no fault of the staff at all but we would have preferred an extra pillow each in the bedroom, easily sorted and happily purchased a couple of cheap ones from a nearby shop. Other than that, couldn't fault it at all.

Caravan was amazing. The bed were comfy. Massive fridge freezer not a small fridge with a tiny freezer above its a normal sized one. Caravan was very clean and had all the utensils and pans etc that you need. Brilliant location. Love that the windows are uv at the front so you can see out but people can't see in.

Woman next to the caravan lives there with her 2 sausage dogs, they bark constantly from 8am till 11pm thats only bad thing as the caravan walls are very thin so they woke us up everyday. Stairs to the front door were very wobbly they needed to be secured.
