The staff, especially the manager in charge, went above and beyond to make us happy. Everybody was welcoming and happy to serve. The view is unparalleled. The location is great, you can stroll around tea plantations or walk on gravel roads to villages with Hindu and Buddhist temples. Another big advantage is the walking distance to Argyle hotel, where you can have a gourmet lunch or dinner for a very reasonable price. There's a tiny gym (no weights) with incredible view on the rolling hills.

Some of the villages in the vicinity play loud music all day, but they are far enough, so it's not too disturbing. Breakfast was good, but we found the lunch and dinner dishes a bit boring, so on the second day of our stay we walked to Argyle for the meals.

The staff there was lovely. Anjana is the manager there, and he personally made sure we had an enjoyable stay there.

Amazing property, a must go place in Hill Country. Nice, clean and well maintained rooms. Extremely friendly and professional staff Anjana and the staff treated my family really well. Clear and efficient communication to arrange our stay. Food was delicious and they had a good menu to select from. Stayed in both the chalets and family room, both are amazing and the best view you could ask for in a hotel. This is a place where you should come to unwind and relax One of my favorite places I’ve been to.
