It was a pleasent stay. I've got a very warming welcome during stay. They help us soon as we request. The food is also good, there is a traditional or western food for breakfast. I like their sop tunjang! ITS is very tasty and big portion. Will come again if i visit Dumai

Staff was attentive when request were made

Bedsheet had stains but was changed although it needed a few times to change it as the few bedsheets that were replaced too had stains on it. Proper washing process should be administered by the laundry dept.

The best hotel in town, good facility, excellent service from the staff, nice to stay here, best view from on top, I like the sky pool, the food is nice, the room is cozy, clean and comfy. Next trip I want to stay here again, don't want to stay at another hotel, The Zuri Hotel is the best hotel in Dumai.

Short Visit feel Home. Excellent and Friendly staff. the The room was bigger, clean, and bright. Feel safe in the hotel area. Kids enjoy their time with nice anecdotes clean amenities. Good choice of breakfast and delicious. Will be back when we visit family.
