"Great room in Otley pub"

Good location in Otley. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable. Good beer in the pub.

Not a lot

Noise all night, no sleep. No food available, was told by lad behind bar that he should have been cooking but had to run the bar, alone all day

Communication with host. Not enough beds for number of guests. Stained mattresses and a bad smell of rotten cabbage. Refund promised and not followed up by host who is not responding to my communication. Complaint placed with booking. Com
