Centrally located in Otley. Bedroom and bathroom were newly decorated and spotless

It’s not a hotel. It’s a collection of rooms above a pub. No breakfast available. Pub was closed half the time. No staff available much of the time

Great location. Free on site parking was a help. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious, better than expected for the money. Decent bathroom, small but nice.

The pub is only open limited and seasonal hours, 3-10 on the day we arrived (a Friday in March). We were only 25 mins early, there is no reception area or signage, so we just walked into a dark pub and were told (politely) to come back later. Not a big issue, it doesn't claim to operate as a proper hotel and it wouldn't put me off staying - but it's worth knowing in advance.

The owner was lovely and really helpful. Location is excellent especially if you want to stay near the airport. Bed was comfy and the tempreture of the room was decent.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I hoped, grout hadn't been cleaned so there was mildew everywhere. Mysterious stains were dotted around the floor and our door didn't want to shut properly!

Slightly noisy

As I get a good rate I stay here but I would not pay the full rate (100+ a night). Great location.

This trip I stayed 5 nights and on 3 of the nights there was an event in the function room which was directly below me, and pretty noisy. Given a room at the back was empty I should have been put in that one, I could have asked to be moved but it was the last 2 nights which were noisiest. Also the shower is very small (and is in the other room too). Room was never cleaned during my 5 night stay and I had to ask for teabags, which were taken from another room.
