The location was excellent and easy access to all amenities in Otley. The price of the room was reasonable and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The lighting in the room was a little dark especially for a lady wanting to put her makeup on. It was rather noisy and you could hear everything going on in the corridors and other rooms. The complimentary biscuits in the room were out of date and the prices in the bar were a little expensive. However, I would still stay here again. These small things would not put me off

The location was perfect for visiting Otley. I could walk to restaurants and being Christmas the pubs were very lively.

Room was excellent, with plenty of space and warm. Bed top class. Check in experience was good, taken to our room with offer to carry luggage.

Check out experience it was as if staff were confused as to why we were checking out. We had key to hand over and was advised to "leave anywhere". Bit bizarre... Shower was very tight and temperature fluctuated, also lacked power.

The location was excellent and Louis behind the bar was very welcoming and friendly. The room had everything and was very clean.

The only thing was the pillows were a bit flat
