I went on my honeymoon. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. There is not a single downside i can say about this place other than the weather being insanely hot. Extremely clean rooms. Ocean pool suite is awesome. The staff was absolutely amazing, they made the entire experience super fun and enjoyable. Their pastry chef Jiwan, executive chef Asanka, staff members Vildhaan and Hakeem, our house cleaner (forgot his name) but all the food accomodatiojs were enjoyable because of these names. Im sure the rest of the staff are just as amazing. But the service from arrival to departure is so smooth. Definitely recommend their Sunset Dolphin Cruise excursion as well!!! (for extra $20 than the regular sunset cruise to me is so worth it even if theres a 50/50 chance for the dolphins to appear). The food is incredible, absolutely amazing. They use all natural ingredients that are harvested in the garden on the island. The marine life is amazing, I would wake up to Stingrays and reef sharks swimming around our villa every morning and every evening. 10000/10 would recommend this resort.

Breathtaking and beautiful place!

The island is beautiful and peaceful. Super relaxing. We stayed in the family beach villa which was really nice. It was private, spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in Melange was consistently good ... we preferred it to the reservation only restaurants.

Little things: - we had a family villa that could sleep at least 4. It had a large sun deck but only 2 sun beds. - The restaurant Chat Chameleon has a split menu: Sat-Mon is non-Vegan / Tue-Thu is vegan. We arrived on Saturday to find it fully booked for the non-vegan. It would have been good if we were told at the time of booking that we needed to reserve the restaurant before arrival. Nonetheless, the hotel squeezed us in for a late sitting but we found that we were the only ones. The restaurant has only one sitting a night and was pretty much empty by 8:45pm when we arrived. It was a bit strange. Why not two sittings per evening? Why not have a mixed menu so that it appeals to all guests all week? - On another night the other restaurant Souq Oven was pre-booked by a tour group. Again, there was only one sitting per night. Also, it seems unfair to allow a tour group to book out a whole restaurant. However, the main restaurant was very good and often very busy due to the limited capacity of the other bookable restaurants. Sometimes we had to wait for a table ... although not for very long. - Golf buggies are used to shuttle guests. We only needed them twice and on both occasions we had to wait approx 25 minutes and chase our request multiple times. There are not enough buggies.
