Amazing and new villas / facilities. Very clean. Exceptional privacy. Fantastic selection of wines. Good quality food. Great seafood grill dinner (few times a week) at the main restaurant.

Mainly same food options (Buffet style) at the main restaurant. I expected to see more new (not Asian or Indian) cousins during breakfast and lunch. Speed of service is not always great. However, overall employees are doing their best to make you feel satisfied. Sea is not ideal for snorkeling there (in comparison to Dusit Thani), mainly sand and seaweed.

I booked sunset villa with pool ,The property still new and clean , all details been designed well. food delicious and many choices gym was excellent water sports many choices everything available

bikes - it was our third stay in Maldives, but first time when we Have to pay for bike rental not having bikes automatically assigned to villas free of charge creates much more buggy-traffic and charging 10USD/day per bike per person is not going to Have any financial benefit for island with this prices per night and villa therefore - pls consider ! no visibility of the management - also first time for us since typically on those islands You Have management Introduction to guests if not on arrival then later during the theme nights or dedicated coctail party; here You deal with junior staff which is all fine until it is not; consistency or information at the reception desk was inadequate, some of the reception staff did not Have for it takes for 5* resort however they all tried their best awesome experience - Jessica From the spa; Mathew and Daniel (bartenders) wine - the selection was super disapointing; 5* star all inclusive resort in maledives offering wines worthy €10-€15 per bottle ! unacceptable! Common, some people dont drink at all, some do couple coctails during the day or whiskey/ cognac after dinner - but cheap wines is really below belt !!! THAT WAS OUR BIGGEST DISSAPOINTMENT

Gosh … how to put this? Being there the second time with my wife just made us fall in love even more with this place. The team is amazing especially Amandine from the dive center! She changed our marine lives with patience and will be her fan forever :) The island is spectacular with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The all inclusive option is to die for with delicious food in different restaurants. I can only suggest the sunset water villas because that’s where we stayed both times. Will definitely be there again. Thank you Pullman Maldives for another beautiful memory.

You won’t find a more perfect place anywhere in the world. Not only is the resort simply stunning but the attention to detail is second to none. They’re not wrong when they say they’re the most generous all - inclusive. Not only were all the restaurants in the resort included (even the fine dining a la carte) but premium drinks like Belvedere vodka and champagne were also free flowing. The facilities are first class and you’ll even be treated to a free experience such as a dive or hour long massage as well as an excursion like a sunset cruise - also included! The mini bar in the beautiful, luxurious and perfectly designed villas is replenished twice a day and has everything from spirits, beer and wine to soft drinks, luxury chocolates and nuts. We’ve honestly never experienced anything like this. The only negative is that no other holiday will ever match this!

We have stayed at several all inclusive places but this was the best by far in all categories. The food was excellent, the drinks were plentiful, the ‘experiences’ were amazing. They truly defined the all inclusive experience. I loved that it never felt like they were trying to up-charge you for anything. They had options to do so but it was at your own request never because they tried to sell you on something. It was so nice being able to try so many different things without buyers remorse. The activities that were included were fun and felt like you paid a lot for them as you would anywhere else but it was nice they were included! The worse part was getting to and from the island. The communication from Pullman about getting to the island to and from Male took just as long if not longer to fly from Europe. The wait times were miserable and for a 11am flight having to check out at 3am was ridiculous. It spoiled our almost perfect vacation and made it so we wouldn’t go back. It wasted 2 whole days of our vacation time and I’m not talking about including the big flights, just the flights and travel time from Male. I hope someday this can remedied so we can return.
